Here it is, finally!
Note to myself: next time, borrow your dad's video camera damn it!
Feel free to link people here, I'm leaving it public.
I'm only asking this: DON'T HOTLINK the pictures and do not claim as your own.
Someone at Heroes-France.com filmed the whole panel on Sunday and they even got an itw with Zachary so I'll give you the links when they're online hehe. Anyway, time for the report of my own Heroes experience.
SO NOT DIAL-UP SAFE!
Couldn't go to the signing :(
benelie bought an "Isaac Mendez" serigraph for me and got it signed by Tim Kring and Zachary Quinto (in French!) squeeee! (and then called me to tell me how hot Zachary was and how great they were all...)

you can see it in the pilot, I love it it's very pretty, even if you don't know Heroes!
I got print #32 out of 100!

Teaser pic:

I arrived at the Grand Rex at about 10:30 am.
benelie was already there in the waiting line that was starting to grow.
Then they moved us to wait next to the Red Carpet and we chose a spot just next to it, against the barrier.
that's what it looked like (found the pic here, via a volunteer from the Festival)

We spent a lot of time fangirling, getting excited, talking talking talking, not necessarily about Heroes but also Lost, BSG, HP, Prison Break...
Saw a girl with a Nathan Petrelli t-shirt and another one with a Hiro tee and a Save the Cheerleader, Save the World bag. And many people from Heroes-France.com with "I &hearts, Sylar" t-shirts.
look! it's me! (found the pic again here, I think it's the girl from the blog is the same who tried to sell the programs to us and who screamed "Fly Man!" to make us answer "Yatta!")
see the big grin on my face? I looked like that ALL DAY

At 12:00 pm we decided it was time to get some lunch but we couldn't leave our place so
benelie went to buy food at the McDonalds on the other side of the street while I checked my cell phone and noticed that I had a text message from
gossy16! Which was weird because I thought she couldn't come before 2:00 pm. I called her and it turned out she was two rows before me in the line LOL. So we talked for a bit and she told me about meeting Zach the day before and everything asdffgh,,;m;mjmglkfgo.
We started to get a bit antsy, people were removing the plastic wrap of the Red Carpet, security guys and journalists and photographs/cameramen slowly getting ready... and finally some guy from the Festival comes to talk right to us, saying that the guests were getting there in 5 minutes so they wouldn't open the gates now to let us get a chance to get pictures and autographs (niiiiice!).
And finally they arrive! Huge smiles on their faces, looking very happy to see so many people there (let me remind you that it was the official PREMIERE of the show in France, hem hem), taking pictures with people, signing everything...

Tim Kring and his daughter I think

Zach!

Tim Kring

Jeph Loeb and Tim Kring signed a Heroes promo pic I had printed :)

Zach... yay for burst mode capture

I heard some guy say to him "please don't kill Peter" to which he replied "I'll try"
at this point we got very lucky and very unlucky in a few seconds interval
first, Zach started to film the fans with his digital camera (so adorkable!) and started with
benelie and me saying "say hello to the rest of the cast!"
then, as he was about to start signing in our area, the festival people started to drag him inside because there was no time left and he still signed a few things o his way but couldn't stop for us :( I had printed a beautiful HiRes promo pic of him!
all of this can be seen in this video I found, you can't see us at first but we ARE the first people he's filming!
after that the doors opened and we rushed in, and
benelie found us some very good seats and when the guests arrived I realized that when I was leaning on my seat I could spy on see Zach clearly hahaha. And we were just next to an alley so it was very practical to stand up and take some pictures.

benelie tried her burst mode capture on me and apparently it resulted in silly pics (she said I looked like OMGYAY!Jin on one of them LMAO)
when the 2,800 attendees had taken their seats, the event itself finally began with an introduction of the show with Tim and Jeph
(I told you we had great seats!)

Then they showed the trailer of Heroes for the Festival
(found a part of it)
everyone was cheering at some scenes, it was awesome to be around fellow fans!
I think you can hear it!
then we had the Pilot and it was great! Almost the whole theater cheered or screamed YATTA when Hiro made it to NY hehehe
A lot of cheering and clapping and even whistling/cat-calling for Niki when she undressed lol
it was so great to see it on the big screen! though the sound was not very good
after that it was time for the Q&A session with Tim and Jeph
they were sitting on the stage next to one of the "Isaac Mendez" paintings (which they gave to the Festival! the original is in Tim Kring's daughter's room awwww), the one with Hiro fighting the dinosaur, torn apart by Hiro's dad

everything was also shown on a big fancy screen with all the characters pictures displayed one after the other, so very pretty ^^

the translator was not very good sometimes, obviously French wasn't her mother tongue
at one point she translated a French sentence into... French LMAO
my videos are very short because I didn't want to waste my time filming the translations
now I give you Jeph Loeb (who was also introduced as someone who worked on Lost and I think
benelie and I were the noisiest persons to cheer at that moment hehe) talking about Tim Sale's artwork (2 videos)
Jeph was so funny, he kept on saying things like "I heard some of you have seen all the episodes that aired in the US but I have NO IDEA how you did this" or when we laughed at something he said before it was translated he said "wow my French is good!" Oh I know!
gossy16 wrote about this! I'm quoting her: He was asked to talk about the writing process and told us this brilliant market metaphor, where everyone is dispatched to go get eggs, flour, sugar, etc. and in the end, somehow, you've got to make a cake.
Also, something about being a writer = telling a new story each day, like when you have kids and they ask you a new story to tell before bedtime. And that basically he was trying to get us all to bed lol.
Tim Kring about working with Jeoh Loeb (2 videos)
Jeph Loeb about his job as a writer
They were directly asked about downloading and basically said that they don't mind it and that there wouldn't be so many people to see them today if it weren't for the internet haha. But on the network/business point of view it's bad of course ;)
They also talked about the cast&crew being a real family and Jeph invited us all to go meet them hehehe
It was quite a long interview and at one point
benelie noticed that someone was snoring and right behind us an old guy had fallen asleep! How could he?
I think I forgot a lot of questions.
Then, FINALLY, it was time for Sylar!!! They introduced the character by showing various clips from Six Months Ago and even recent episodes, even the latest one (1.18)!!! Big spoilers for the French audience! Well, I think most of us had already seen it. And then Zachary arrived on stage!
(many of the following videos have no sound, because my "good" camera doesn't have a microphone :( but please, feel free to cheer at home)

about being Sylar
about being cast as Sylar (4 videos, the last one is so cute!)
just being cute

random videos (without sound) of him being cute
look how precious! (from this video, for a reason YouTube won't let me upload it!) doesn't seem to work there either :(

at one point Tim or Jeph said that they got inspired by Paris and wanted to introduce a French Hero and that the easiest way would be for Sylar to kill a Frenchman or woman lol
and Zachary, with a very low Sylar voice said "Bonjouuuuur" *giggles*
then they asked if there were any volunteers and dozens of hands rose in the air and people shouted "me, me, pick me!"
some of the questions were useless or plain stupid, like when they asked about the politics in Heroes and said it was something the had never seen before in a TV show (Adventure-type the guy added afterwards). Hellooooo? what about BSG for instance?
They told us we'd know in the last episodes of the season if Nathan would be elected! Also heard about season 2: Sylar will be in it at least for the first part.
speaking of politics, one of the hosts asked the audience if we had voted earlier that day, before going to the event hehe
(Yes!!!! in my case I had my mum vote for me)

at the end they gave awards for the show,
and also a 2005 one for Jeph Loeb because he hadn't been able to receive it in person as his son was sick and passed away :((( I thought that was very indelicate to display Jeph's private life and such a terrible moment for him. He was crying and the audience gave him a standing ovation and Zach patted him on the back. Then he said a few words about hope = being able to spend a day with his daughter.

Finally they exited the stage via the stairs in front of us and people started to hurry towards Zach and I personally gave up on that. And they got out of the thearter as the other two episodes were shown (for press interviews and drinks).
We watched 1.02 and 1.03 (I want to keep watching shows with fellow fans on the big screen! it's so great!) and it was over :( at 6:30 pm.
benelie and I hanged out in front of the theater for a while and then I left to meet my friends Irène and Florence in a bar to watch the results of the elections.
I hope the Festival holds another Heroes event next year, and extend it to other TV shows!!!
NOTE: I still have a few soundless videos to add but I don't have time to do it tonight (waking up early tomorrow).
I'll edit the post tomorrow and also post them in a new post so that you don't have to load this page again.
