Yeah, I know what you mean about 'weird.' It did happen too quick, but I think that's also why I was so pissed that they actually did kill him off in the end because at least if he were around for a while that relationship could've had a bit more time to grow. Plus, I LOVE DENNY so Izzie/Denny shipping aside, it would've been nice to just have him NOT dead for a little while longer. =(
I second what you said about Alex/Izzie, too. I like that pairing, but I hate when Alex is an asshole to her, so my heart isn't fully there, ya know? Maybe things will turn around, who knows...
