LOL that was the same with me before I got into it, cause I already knew who Sam and Dean were, and even what their dad's name was, before ever seeing an episode, all due to the F-List. Just going by the fact that you've got Buffy bolded on that meme there, I'd say you'd probably enjoy Supernatural. It's got that same genre though the shows themselves have different vibes to them.
And yeah, it's much easier to deal with a hiatus when you've got distractions. I'M SO HAPPY IT'S BACK THOUGH, YAYYY!!!
