Just finished watching Doctor Who.

O_O

That was... wow. And next week's looks wow².



This episode drained me. In tears and emotions. I was scared, sad, confused, relieved... sometimes everything at once.

Everyone we heard about someone dying I cried.

And the whole thing with the work camps *shudders*

Why wouldn't Rose give her name to Donna? I'm still confused about how Rose got there and knew what to do and basically everything Rose.

The bug was scary

Amazing episode, and yet the Doctor was only in it for a few minutes! But when we finally get to see it again, I felt like glomping him just like Donna did.

EVERYONE IS IN NEXT WEEK'S PROMO OMG EVEN IANTO (AND GWEN) I DID NOT EXPECT THAT!

Two things:

1. The scene in your mood theme really creeped me out the first time I saw it (and pretty much every subsequent time). I mean, EWEWEWEW. As much as I love Hot Dog... *shudders*

2. I don't think Rose needed to give her name, especially with a) everyone in the universe apparently coming back and b) BAD WOLF. I mean, the Doctor's going to remember Bad Wolf and that it was almost entirely a Rose thing. Just sayin'. :)

But it was a good episode. And I thought Donna was a bit, well, naïve when the immigrants were going to "labor camps" - I guess she really didn't try in school at all, or else she might have heard of, you know, World War Z II. Maybe I'm being a bit harsh on her, but still. Good episode. :)

Remember, Donna wasn't really up to date with stuff (having missed all the xmas episode content like xmas invasion.... the Doctor asked but she'd been on vacation then.) I wouldn't be surprised if Donna didn't pay attention at all. She's probably the kid who passed notes and enjoyed breaks and lunch more than the average Joe/Jane.) :)

I know. I guess I'd just hoped she'd heard of the Holocaust (and been able to piece it all together - because she certainly has the natural intuition to trust and/or, y'know, intuit ;)), be it in popular culture or in school.

Still, I'd really like to spend a couple of days hanging out with her - it'd be a blast. XD

YES!!! Seriously!! At the "he's dead" scene I was kinda "eh", cause, you know, obviously he's not dead dead. But there was such a build-up throughout the ep, I was just so fucking happy to see him walk in again.
