I need to find "3 weaknesses" to admit that are real, but don't cost me the job, for tomorrow's itw. Ugh. My main flaw is to be "reserved", the PC version of "shy" (which I am at the beginning when I don't really know people) but I can't use that, because no one wants to hire a "shy" person. I hate these questions. They always come up.

These questions for interviews are really outdated. It's freaking time they start changing them. Maybe you could use "cautious" instead of "shy"... Like you need to analyze a situation first before making a decision... Ugh I don't know. lol Good luck anyway! :)

omg I hate those 'weaknesses' questions, my standards are 'time management/procrastination' and 'impulsiveness' and the cliche ~how I overcame them~. Then again, imo, 'strength' questions are worse, since I feel like I'm pimping myself out. :/
